Jessica has built and led high-performing teams, launched strategic growth initiatives—including a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise—and consistently delivered measurable performance improvements in fast-paced staffing environments.

As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees company-wide operations, scales strategic initiatives, and strengthens national service delivery, supporting The Structures Company’s continued expansion within the aerospace and defense market.
