Nikki Ryder is the Senior Director of Sales at The Structures Company, bringing more than a decade of experience supporting aerospace and engineering organizations through strategic partnerships and innovative business solutions. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with industry leaders to understand complex program needs and deliver resources and expertise that drive performance, efficiency, and growth.

Known for her relationship-focused approach, market insight, and commitment to client success, Nikki excels at connecting organizational objectives with scalable solutions that support critical engineering and operational initiatives. She is passionate about helping customers navigate evolving industry demands and is dedicated to building long-term partnerships that contribute to mutual success.

Caroline Robinson

Caroline Robinson serves as the Office Manager and HR Support at The Structures Company, where she provides reliable support to employees and contractors while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. She is dedicated to addressing questions and concerns promptly and creating a positive experience for everyone she supports.

Caroline is committed to making each team member feel welcomed, valued, and supported. She looks forward to assisting new hires as they join the Contracting Community and serving as a trusted resource throughout their journey with The Structures Company.

Ariyana O’Bryan

Ariyana O’Bryan serves as Marketing Manager and Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) at The Structures Company. She leads marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, support recruiting and business development, and drive growth across the aerospace and defense industry.

In addition to managing digital marketing, content, campaigns, and performance analytics, Ariyana supports the company’s facility security program and clearance-related responsibilities as AFSO.

Penelope Lee

Penelope is a Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator who supports new hires throughout the onboarding process. She works closely with candidates to provide guidance, keep requirements on track, and ensure each step is completed smoothly.

With a focus on communication and support, Penelope helps new employees feel prepared and welcomed from the start. She is committed to creating a positive onboarding experience and making the transition into a new role as seamless as possible.

Jessica Johnson

Jessica Johnson is a staffing industry leader with experience driving growth, improving operations, and expanding client partnerships. Throughout her career, Jessica has managed multimillion-dollar portfolios and helped grow national accounts into global partnerships across the aerospace, engineering, and technology sectors.

She has built and led high-performing teams, launched new growth initiatives, and helped organizations improve performance in fast-paced staffing environments.

As Chief Operating Officer, Jessica oversees company-wide operations and strategic initiatives while strengthening service delivery and supporting The Structures Company’s continued growth in the aerospace and defense industry.
