Dylan Bailey

Dylan Bailey serves as Chief Financial Officer at The Structures Company, overseeing the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and reporting. A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Dylan brings more than 18 years of experience in finance and accounting, with expertise in financial management and process improvement.

He works closely with the leadership team to support long-term business objectives, strengthen financial performance, and drive sustainable growth.

Nathan Aston

Nathan Aston is a Facility Security Officer and a 20-year U.S. Army veteran. During his military career, he completed three deployments, including two to Iraq and one to Afghanistan, as well as two overseas assignments in South Korea.

Throughout his service, Nathan received numerous awards and decorations, including the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and Army Achievement Medal.

For the past five years, Nathan has worked as a Facility Security Officer, bringing his military experience and security background to the role.
